Unknown POV #2:
I had been hiding out for almost a week, being as stealthy as possible to not be seen. The Kingdom had more intense security measures than White River did. This made my work extremely difficult.
The witch only gave me enough of the invisibility potion to last 3 days, so I had to be careful with rationing it out.
Rylee had almost seen me once while taking a walk. I stepped on a large branch making it snap, thankfully I had been cloaked.
If I hadn’t known better though, I would’ve sworn she was staring directly at me. Actually making eye contact, like she knew I was there. I could hear her discussing it with the King, but to my luck he calmed her down.
