The royal investigation closes three days after Riven walks through the gate.
They don't leak it. They don't have to. A finding that complete moves through a war camp on its own.
Bobby comes running to find me. He's out of breath when he reaches the surgical tent.
"Doc. It's done. The investigation. They finished the chain."
I keep cleaning the tool in my hand. "And?"
"It's her. All of it. The routes, the intel, two years of it." He drops his voice, even though the tent is empty. "The woman feeding the Rogues from the inside. It was Lyra. They've got the proof now. Signed. Sealed. It's not a rumor anymore. It's official."
