Sora’s POV
The moment Beta finishes reading, the entire living room falls into a silence I have never heard before.
Everyone stops breathing.
Ethan does not move. He stands exactly where he is, eyes locked on the royal-sealed document in Beta’s hands. His face darkens. The muscle over his brow tightens. His jaw turns to stone. This is the look he wears when he fights for absolute control.
