School

Humans are weak, they are cowards and feeble I don't hate them but my cousin Leo having a crush on our classmate Jasmine, she's a human and I don't like her.

"Are you stupid Leo? She's out of your league." I rolled my eyes. I don't like Jasmine not just because she's a human but also because my friend Alice likes Leo.

Alice is a pure witch we're friends with Leo. I like Alice more cause for me she's qualified to be part of our family.

"I don't care if you don't like Jasmine, Nikki." He doesn't care about me, I'm his cousin!

I walked out of our school, well Jasmine is pretty but she's mortal. He does not think that Jasmine couldn't do anything to help us.

Alice is absent today and maybe it's better if I shut my mouth. I won't tell her about Leo having a crush on Jasmine because for sure it won't be easy for her.

To release my bitterness I went to the river near our school, I bring some empty bottles of water and some plastics. Every time I'm not in my mood I always throw some trash on the river near the secret tunnel of Beringan Kingdom. This is all their fault, I hate them.

"I hate you all!" I yelled as I throw one by one the bottles that I brought.

"I hate you!"

"I hate y--"

I could not continue my words, someone pushed me the reason why I fell to the river. Oh gosh, I didn't know how to swim. Should I use my magic wand? I was about to use my magic when suddenly someone grabs me.

He holds my waist and lifts me. He put me down on the side without saying anything.

I cough.

Damn, I drank water from the river. Eww.

"Who pushed me!" I said between my coughing. I smell so bad, it's terrible.

"Me!" I heard a voice of a girl.

I greeted my teeth, why the heck did she pushed me! I wanted to teach her a lesson but I can't use my power now.

I cough again.

"Are you alright?" I opened my eyes and saw a handsome boy in front of me. I blink twice to confirm that what I am seeing is real.

In my ten years of existing in this world, I haven't met a boy with that handsome face. He's wet then I conclude that he is the one who saved me.

He's so handsome I can't help myself from staring at him. He has beautiful charming blue eyes with a pointed long nose plus kissable lips.

I shook my head, Nikki what the heck are you thinking?

I heard my heartbeat so fast, I don't know why. What's wrong with my heart? Am I in love? Shake it off!

I don't believe in love at first sight, I'm not superficial, and never would I be in love with a human.

"I'm not okay! Look I almost died." There are two girls and they have the same face. An identical twins. I glared at them.

"Why did you pushed me!" The girl with braided hair was taken aback when she meet my gaze.

"I didn't push you." She has a soft voice.

"I am the one who pushed you," I shifted my gaze to her twin, unlike the braided hair she seems tough.

They both have the same looks but their aura is different, the girl with braided hair has a sluggish look meanwhile this straight hair is aggressive.

"Kira apologize to her." Oh, so her name is Kira, just wait for my revenge.

"What? No way, she deserves it! Because of them, we're in chaos right now." The boy cut the words.

"Kira! Apologize now."

I raised my left eyebrow. What she's trying to say? Because of us, they're in chaos right now? I don't understand but I don't care. I stood up.

"Don't force her," I faced Kira and examined her from head to toe then I rolled my eyes.

"Save your sorry b*tch!" I bumped her that made her almost fell on the ground luckily her twin sister caught her.

I turned my back to them. I'll never forget her face, if we meet again she's not lucky anymore.

"Hey! You forgot something!" Kira's twin called me. I turned and look at them with confusion on my face.

"You forgot to say "Thank you".

I give them my annoying look.

" You're kidding, why would I?" They're kidding me, why would I be thankful. It's their call to save me because that b*tch pushed me without any reason.

I glanced at the boy who saves me but he looks serious. I'm curious about his name.

I shifted my gaze to Kira and for the last time, I rolled my eyes and leave them.

Everyone is looking at me. Wondering what happened, I walked quickly because I smell. I headed towards the locker room. I have an extra uniform and soap in case of an emergency like this

"Nikki, you stink.." I don't have time to heard what they're saying I went to the bathroom to wash and to change my uniform.

I looked at myself in the mirror but suddenly I remembered the boy's face. He is so handsome, gosh I'm having a crush on a human. His blue eyes were different, it feels like I'm in a magical place when I looked at him. Now I understand what it feels like. Maybe Leo feels like this towards Jasmine.

"No stop it, Nikki!" I should stop thinking about it, besides, I was too young for that love.No it's not love it's what they called attraction.

I saw on my waterproof wristwatch that I have twenty minutes left before our class this afternoon. I still have time so I decided to take a bath.

I reached my pocket then I realized that my cellphone is not with me. Damn, maybe it fell on the river. Well, I have a magic wand so no need to worry. I'll find it later.
