Sophie said proudly looking at her work...
Ivy tied the gun Holster around her thigh along with her dagger and covered it perfectly under her long gown.
"Thanks.”
Ivy replied and head downstairs...
"My God! Why is this girl always so serious, why does she never smile.”
Sophie mumbled behind her...
Jayden was standing in the living room in his usual dark black suit waiting for Ivy, when he saw her coming downstairs his breath hitched, she was looking so sexy and beautiful in her black gown, it hugged her curves perfectly, her milky white skin was glowing under the bright lights. His eyes lingered shamelessly on the specific parts of her body.
Standing in front him She cleared her throat and brought him out from his dream land.
He awkwardly cleared his throat fixing his tie, embarrassed that she caught him staring at her long sexy legs which were clearly on the view due to the slit on the gown.
He looked at Asher who was still gawking at her with opened mouth, stunned by the beauty standing in front of him. Sophie came downstairs quickly after Ivy, she saw asher staring at ivy and no matter how much she tries to ignore it she always feel jealous whenever asher gives his attention to other girls, she doesn't understand why.
"Asher.”
Jayden’s cold voice brought him back from his trance.
He smiled awkwardly scratching the back of his neck.
"You look stunning Ivy...”
He said, Ivy thanked not giving him much attention making Sophie sigh in relief.
Jayden placed his hand on her waist making her stiffen under his touch, she looked at him, but he was looking straight. She ignored the unfamiliar feeling she felt under his touch and composed herself, leading her towards the car he opened the door for her and gestured her to get in like a gentleman. Ivy and Jayden were sitting in the back while Asher was driving the car...
They reached the venue, without paying much attention to the media and Paparazzi he entered the hall with Ivy, his hand was resting on her waist, everyone's eyes locked on them when they saw this stunning couple walking through the big silver door. All the women were looking at Jayden with lust and hatefully at Ivy. Jayden noticed many men staring at Ivy lustfully, and his hold on her waist tightened unknowingly. He didn't understand if ivy was unaware of all the attention she was getting or she was deliberately ignoring it, her face was calm and composed, unaffected by the surroundings and stares she was getting. It was extremely hard for him to read her face, he was too good at reading people but this girl was proving to be a challenge for him.
Jayden was talking to some of his business partners and Ivy was standing beside him, instead of enjoying the party, drinking and showing off her lavish dress, she was only focused on Jayden’s surroundings, looking for any kind of threat.
"Who is this beautiful lady with you, Mr. Walker”
One of his business partners asked him, looking at her…
"She is Ivy, Ivy meet Mr. Williams Brown.
Damian introduced them with each other...
"How do you always manage to attract stunning ladies, Jayden…”
Williams said chuckling, he held his hand in front of her for handshake but instead of shaking he brought her hand to his lips and placed a gentle kiss on it.
He asked her for dance and Ivy looked at Jayden asking for his permission through eyes, Jayden understood and nodded at her positively...
Williams took her hand and lead her towards the stage where few couples were dancing.
"So, you work for Jayden?”
He asked resting his hands on her waist as they swayed on the music…
“Yes.”
She confirmed...
"How much is he paying you?"
He asked making her frown...
"I don't think it's any of your business.
She replied back in cold tone...
"Ohh no, I didn't mean to offend you baby girl, I was just curious.”
“Come to the point.”
She said looking at him.
"Straightforward, I like it, Well I can pay you more than him, if you do one small thing for me...”
Brown said smirking…
"And what's that?”
She glanced at the Jayden who was still talking with some men.
"So, are you saying yes...”
He asked amused.
"Depends on what it is...?"
She said not taking her eyes of from Jayden.
"You have to steal important files from Jayden’s laptop for me.”
He said handing her a pendrive...
"Transfer all the data in this pendrive from his computer. I will transfer the money in your account...”
"How much?”
She asked giving him all her attention...
"15 million dollars.”
He replied smiling.
"I want 30, it's risky.”
She demanded...
He raised his eyebrows surprised.
"Fine, but I want it tomorrow.”
"Consider it done.”
She replied smirking…
