Author's POV
She took out her long sharp knife and walked towards the bed, she was about to stab him but her hand stopped in midway.
Confused she turned her head to the direction of her hand which was in tight grip of another feminine hand.
Her expressions turned into shock with fear when her black eyes met the furious grey ones.
Ivy spun her around her grip on her hand was dangerously tight that the Assassin's expression turned into painful one, grabbing her throat tightly she threw her on the wall, making her hit the wall hard and fall on the nightstand breaking it with a loud shattering voice.
Jayden woke up with a jerk when he heard a loud voice of glass breaking along with a scream.
He saw a furious Ivy first, standing there in her black clothes with clenched jaw and then his eyes followed the direction of her eyes. A redheaded girl was standing there with a knife in her hand and he immediately understood what is going on.
The girl tried to attack Jayden again but flew out of the room when ivy’s flying kicks and punches landed on her body.
Jayden was quick to alert his men and asher. He took out his gun from the drawer and walked outside, getting out of his room he saw the girl was running in the corridor. She was fast but ivy was only few inches away from to grab her.
Within seconds Jayden’s men surrounded the scene asher and Sophie rushed towards Jayden’s wing too with their guns, when they reached, they saw ivy fighting with the girl, and Jayden was leaning on the wall in front of his room shirtless with his gun, furious and angry.
The girl understood that she couldn’t win against ivy, she definitely had the upper hand in that fight so she decided to escape, she was so close to jump outside from the window but ivy quickly grabbed the back of her neck spinning her around she threw 2 hard punches to her face making her nose bleed.
Everyone was looking at the scene with shocked face, they knew that Ivy has beaten the s**t out of Jayden’s men but it was nothing compared to what she is doing with this Assassin, it looks like she didn't even used her 20 percent to fight with them, she was punching and kicking that redhead like a punching bag.
The Assassin picked up her knife from the floor and started attacking Ivy furiously, ivy was quick to block her attacks with her own knife.
Jayden’s men pointed their guns towards the girl when she picked up her knife but jayden shouted,
"DON'T SHOOT...”
He was worried that they will shoot ivy instead of the Assassin, it was hard to get an aim because both of the girls were moving with the speed of wind. He himself tried to aim at the girl but it was hard they were too fast.
Sophie was standing beside Asher watching the scene with dropped jaw, she has only heard about Ivy’s fighting skills never witnessed it.
"Damn, she is too good...”
She mumbled not taking her eyes of her...
"Yeah.”
Asher replied with the same tone and expressions.
Ivy slammed her against the wall once again, making her head hit hard on the wall. Ivy quickly slit her stomach and mercilessly stabbed the knife in her neck killing her on the spot, her blood splattered on the floor and on ivy’s clothes and face, her lifeless body fell on the floor with loud thud covering the white floor in blood.
An ear piercing scream left Sophie’s mouth when she saw the brutal scene in front of her, she had witnessed the violence before but the brutality she saw today was not common for her, her head started spinning, Asher quickly grabbed her half unconscious body before she could hit the floor.
Jayden saw asher carrying Sophie out and diverted his blue orbs towards his bodyguard, he was shocked too, looking at ivy he never thought that this girl can kill someone this brutally, no one can imagine this by looking at her innocent face. She was standing there covered in blood and sweat but she was not injured. The girl didn't even manage to put a scratch on her body, her eyes were colder and more deprived of any kind of emotions, colder than usual, her breathing was heavy, she wiped her forehead with the back of her hand in which she was holding a knife.
Jayden walked towards her direction, he gestured his men to clean all the mess.
"Are you ok?.”
He asked her, she nodded at him positively and head towards her room.

"How the hell did she get in, what the f**k were you bastards doing.”
Damian roared angrily at his men…
"Sorry boss...”
The guards who were patrolling last night apologized shaking in fear.
"f**k your sorry, do you realise what would have happened last night, you fools..."
Asher spat angrily, glaring at them...
"Who was guarding the main door of the wing?"
Jayden asked making everyone gulp in fear.
Everyone pointed towards the man who was now on his knees begging for forgiveness.
"Boss, please don't kill me... It was a mistake...
He cried...
"Asher take him to the basement...”
He ordered and asher dragged him by his collar out of the office, that man kept begging and crying but his begging fell on deaf ears...
Jayden sat on his office chair, rubbing his forehead frustratingly.
He wasn't able to understand the motive behind this attack, he had no idea who was doing it and why?...
On other hand he was getting more attracted towards ivy, his whole life women tried to seek protection from him, ivy was the first one to protect him and it was making him feel different about her, these feelings were hard for him to understand. And her cold behaviour was acting as a fuel in this situation.
