ARGUMENT

Adrien's Pov

Its been a while since we arrived at the Blood Moon Pack. Zendaya's parents were lively and made me feel welcomed. The butler came for my luggage and led me straight to the guest room on the east wing of the packhouse. Once in the room i could not help but marvel at the beauty. State of the art paintings and sculptures layed everywhere. I found my way to the bathroom. I was completely stunned. Even the toilet was plush with an auto flush system and it was voice activating. The bathroom also had a giant bath tub which was not surprisingly voice activating as well. I took a quick warm bath and ran to the closet which was next door to the bathroom. I put on the most casual thing I found which was difficult because all that was found in the closet were mostly tuxedo's. I mean what did i expect from such a rich home.

I ran down the stairs only to get there and see Zendaya arguing with her parents but one word caught my attention. 'MATES' . This word reminded me of the day Zendaya explained what mates where and told me that i was her mate. As i reminisced I could not help but wonder if they were arguing because of me. I guess i got lost in my thoughts because the next thing I knew, I was startled my Zendaya's touch on my arm. As I regained my composure, she asked my what I was thinking about . I replied saying nothing. She looked at me skeptically before dragging me out of the packhouse. We stopped at what looked like a garden. The organised nature and beauty of the garden left me awestruck and I stood rooted to my spot, mesmerised by the view. There was not a single overgrown grass or hedges that were out of place. Zendaya tugged my arm playfully and i begun to chase around the garden. We run around a little and settled down of the soft grass looking up at the sky. We lay together enjoying the silence when i decided to ask the question that was eating away at my mind. I asked why she was arguing with her parents and told her not to even think of lying to me. She looked a little bit hesitant before telling me everything. She told me that her parents did not think i was fit to be alpha of the pack because i was raised by humans and was therefore considered to weak to rule. She also told me that some of the pack members hated humans and agreed with him. But what hurt the most for some odd reason was when she told me her father wanted her to marry another alpha. She said his name was Sylvester Dunlop and he was the alpha of the Silver Moon Pack.
