She paced back and forth as I told her everything “So she knows about Melvin” she stated, running her fingers through her hair “Ho..how?” She asked, I didn’t respond because I wasn’t able to find the truth.
“Can you calm down?” I placed my hands on her shoulders “I promise I’ll get the answers from her” she looked up at me with eyes which said ‘how on earth would you do that?’
“I have a plan in place” I sighed
“Then what about this” she waved an envelope in my face “What’s this for? I mean, it’s from Melvin but how did you know what it was?”
“That’s because Tiffany had an identical one just like that” I revealed, thinking back to her apartment when she tried all sorts of tricks to get her lips on mine “How does she have one of those?” I muttered under my breath.
