NYX The heavy door of the suite clicked shut, finally sealing out the noise of the world. No flashing bulbs, no shouting journalists, no judges with hidden agendas, and most importantly, no Kael. For the first time in what felt like an eternity, the air didn't taste like anxiety. It just tasted like Zeus, sandalwood, rain, and a faint metallic tang of blood.
