The moment Mom rang me up asking me to go check up on Elena in about five minutes time or whenever she calls my phone, I became restless.
I even tried calling her line but it kept on ringing unreachable which infuriated my curiosity the more.
I badly wanted to ask what was happening even if it was just a clue but Mom didn't let me speak as she had cut the phone immediately after her request spiking my curiosity in .
Could it be by any chance that her son of b***h, ex husband was there and somehow Mom saw it from the security cam there? Or maybe Mom's eye at the company had seen something suspicious that had to do with Elena.
