"No mom, just stop already" Miranda shouted at her mom. "What the f**k is that mom?, you want me to marry me off just to clear our debts? " She started crying at the same time she hurriedly walked out of the house. Her mother broke down in tears immediately, it Wasn't her fault at all it was Miranda's dad who has been sick for almost ten year's fault.

As a mother and a devoted wife, she did tons of menial jobs just to keep the family together but no! it was never enough as they were being named a chronic debtor by the town which consists of both humans and werewolves. She couldn't afford to send Miranda to college because of their financial status. The only solution to their problem is to marry her daughter off to her creditor in other for her to have a breathing space. And now the only opportunity has been rejected by her daughter, she's lost and confused.

She quickly wipe away her tears after hearing a loud bang on the door, she hurriedly open the back window and try to jump off and run away.

"Oh no! Just don't try to run away today you this foolish woman" Jojo said. Jojo is being known in the town to be a notorious loan shark and to worsen the matter, Miranda's mom borrowed some money to pay her husband's hospital bills and she's unable to pay him back on time.

"Please give me more time, I promise I'd pay your money. " Miranda's mom begged as she came down from the window.

"Ha ha ha haha, no you don't have to pay me back after I sell off your organs and that of your daughter. Then, I will sell your house and everything " He continue to rant.

"Please don't" Miranda's mom begged earnestly.

"Listen to me woman, I'm giving you just a week or else I won't be easy on you" Jojo said angrily and left the house with his goons.
