Ryan's POV The papers Clarabell had given me were still in my grasp as I stood in the clearing, pacing back and forth. Everything she had just told me—Ron's plans, his awareness of us, and this alleged "final move"—caused my mind to speed. Something that stood out to me though, was the supposed coincidence of Ron coming to her mum's place just when she happened to be there. That on its own was unbelievable and the stuff of bad writing, if this was a fictional story. But reality doesn't give two f*cks about that. Though unbelievable, it did happen. Oh, and the blatant act of acting the part of a cartoon villain, where the brain-dead mastermind starts to give exposition on his plans, and in the strangest of places too.
