Jax spent all night with me and stayed the next morning for another round of heated s*x, showers, and breakfast. “Will I see you at the office?”
“Do you want to see me at the office?”
“Whatever you want to do.” He took the coffee I prepared him in a traveler’s mug and started walking out of the Tudor.
I kissed him goodbye. “Stop back when you’re up to it.”
He raised an eyebrow at my statement. “Is that a challenge?”
“Think of it as what you want.” I smacked his ass and kissed him again, watching him leave, heading out into the snow with his hot coffee.
