Every day throughout this week, my desk had been filled with paperwork, paperwork which needed quick attention.
I had been to the office yesterday and the day before...but today's work looked even more stressful, and it was.
Halfway through the pile, I was already exhausted.
What was worse was I couldn't even remember what most of the rest were for.
"Boss..." Joshua called knocking on the door.
I made a lazy look at the door, sweeping my eyes off it before saying coldly but firmly. "Come in."
He pushed the door open and made his way into my office. Standing opposite me, he bowed. "Most of the plans for the rival company and the new product are completed." He began. "What remains are the plans for the new line we recently acquired... "
