Jungyu’s Pov

We're still like this, she's still on top of me, and somehow I just want to stay like this.

our eyes fixed on each other

everything is silent, all I hear is just the sound of our racing heartbeats

when I was about to put my hand on her waist, wanted to pull her closer to my body but suddenly she got up, her cheeks flushed, she fixed her hair while clearing her throat, and the situation became awkward.

" I'll take the towel, " she said then went to the bathroom.

I got up, and just sat on the bed.

Not long after, she came out

" I'll take this, " she said while showing the towel in her hands

" good night, " she said then left.

Actually, this house is my secret home, no one knows about this house, including Mr.Choi even all my hyungs, (hyungs is another name for older people in Korean between men and men)

I deliberately bought it

to escape, to run away when I was fed up with all of the bad things that I have done

I sighed, I'm afraid, what if they know about this that I've been hiding it all this time

Mr.Choi, he will surely be angry with me, especially if he finds out that I let a girl to stay with me

I'm sure, sooner or later, he'll know it

and when that happens, there's only one thing I'm most afraid of, I'm afraid if he'll hurt her, as I know, he is a terrible person, who can do anything, even to kill someone.

" I need some fresh air " I mumbled

Then I went to the balcony

I laid my body on the bench, closed my eyes, hoping, all my fears, all my worries would be vanished away by the cold night breeze.

Nara’s Pov

I was ready to go to bed, but when I was about to close my eyes, I remembered the embarrassing accident when I was on top of him, and instantly I felt my body heating up, my heart beating so fast

" God, what kind of feeling is this " I sighed

I just rolled over the bed, bury my face under the pillow

" that was so embarrassing " I whined

" but it's not my fault anyway, I just wondered, why he didn't put his shirt on " I mumbled

" It makes me feel awkward for seeing his bare upper body " I sighed

" but really, he has a good body " I smiled at once, imagining his muscular body

" wait, what did I just think about? wake up, wake up!! " I shook my head, trying to throw out my dirty mind.

Jungyu’s Pov

After a while, I went to the kitchen,

I was making coffee, then I heard footsteps, I took a glance, and saw her walking down the stairs, towards me, she was tying her hair while walking, with an uneasy expression on her face

I do not know why I just smiled to see her expression, I just found her so cute when she pouted like that.

I left my coffee and just leaned my body on the fridge, and just looked at her

She was mumbling something while patting her cheek, I just smiled to see her cuteness, I don't know what this feeling is, but I feel warm just by seeing her.

And then our eyes met, her eyes widened, she seemed surprised when she saw me

" I guess, she did not realize that I was here " I talked to myself

I don't know why, but she turned around and was about to walk away

" yahh stop, where are you going? " I said

" to my room " she replied

" I don't think so, I just saw you before, I thought you were going to the kitchen, what do you need? " I asked

" water " she replied in a weak tone

" then why are you turning around? just get what you want " I said

" okay, I'm sorry " she replied

She turned back, facing me, and her cheeks are so red

She just walking closer to me, she got the water, then drank it down

"Nara, can we talk? I want to ask you something " I asked before she left, and she nodded

We sat on the couch in the living room

She was just quiet, looking down while playing with her nails, I just wondered why she was not looking at me

" you said, you were kicked out of your apartment, but why? What caused it? " I asked, she just sighed

" maybe this will sound sad, " she said then just stopped her sentence for a while

" I was kicked out because I couldn't pay the rent " she continued in a sad tone

my heart was hurt when I heard her say it

" then what about your parents? do they know about this? " I asked

" no " she replied coldly

" why? Did you not tell them? You have to tell them, they will be very worried about you " I said

" they are not here " she replied

" what? " I asked, I frowned since I didn't understand what she was talking about

" My dad lived in Busan, and actually I moved to Seoul a year ago, because I need a better job, " she said

" a better job? What for? " I asked in confusion

" for my family, my father was paralyzed by a car accident that happened 2 years ago, he's just sitting in a wheelchair, so I have to work, for my family, for my father's medical treatment, I need a lot of money for it, " she said

She seemed to be holding back her tears, it sounded so clear from her shaky voice

" and your mom? " I asked

She didn't answer, I heard her quietly sobbing and then she burst into cry, and I didn't have any idea to comforted her.

" she died by the accident " she cried so bad, she covered her face with her hands.

I didn't know what to do, just by knowing the truth, just by knowing what kind of life she was living, this was hurting me, I knew how she's feeling, this must be so hard for her.

" I'm sorry, I should not have asked about your family, I'm really sorry, " I said while stroking her back.

" it's okay, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have cried, it's just... I don't know, I just become so emotional every time I talk about my family, especially my mom " she said while wiping her tears.

After a while, she became calmer, she was not crying anymore.

" I'm just wondering, why you always look to the other way than looking back at me while I'm talking to you, are you shy? " I said

" yaah, I'm not shy " she replied while looking at me.

" then why? " I asked, giving her a sharp gaze.

" why does your face become so red like that? " I asked again, frowned, waiting for an answer

" yahhh!!!! I'm not red, this is all your fault, why do you keep letting your upper body naked, don't you have any shirts to wear? " she replied, and she was totally blushing

" so, do I make you blush? just because I was shirtless? " I laughed

" yahh, why are you laughing? It isn't funny " she pouted

I just couldn't help it, It was just so funny by knowing it was the reason that she could not look back at me while we were talking.

" why don't you try to just enjoy it when you see me shirtless, " I said with my laugh

" yahhh!!! jungyu " she shouted, she hit my chest with her hand so many times

" ok stop, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, " I said, I held her hands, it felt so warm and soft

I stopped laughing, she's also stopped hitting me,

Our eyes are locked to each other, somehow my heart was beating so fast, and I don't know why, I've never felt like this before

I wonder what kind of a feeling is this, but whatever it is, it's so exciting and beautiful feeling

She stood up, pulled off her hand on my grip

I keep looking at her eyes, she was awkward, biting her bottom lip while looking back at me shyly

" i'll go to my room, good night " she said and left

I took a deep breath, threw my head back, i don't know, it just.. I felt cold when she left

Next day

Nara’s Pov

I woke up, went downstairs to the kitchen to make breakfast, when breakfast was ready, i just paused

" should i wake him up? " i mumble

I went upstairs, going to Jungyu’s room, but somehow when I was in front of his door, my heart was beating fast

" gosh, what should i do " i whined

I could still remember every moment that happened last night

When i was on top of him, when i was crying as i talking about my family, and then when he held my hands, oh god.. I was made flushed by him

I sighed, gathered all my energy, gathered all my courage, and then knocked on his door

I've knocked for several times, but there's no answer, maybe he's still sleeping

" that means I have to go inside, god please, help me, i hope he is put his shirt on this time " i mumble, then opened his door

I took a step, and yes, as i guess, he is still sleeping, and then i sighed, he's still shirtless

his body is all muscles, but his face is cute while sleeping

" jungyu " i called his name when i got closer to him

But he did not answer, not even to move

I raised my tone, keep calling his name, hoping he can hear me

" isshh!!! is he die? " i said, I feel a little annoyed

" yah!!! Jungyu!!!! " i shouted

he finally moved

" so noisy " he said while taking a pillow and covering his head with it

" wake up!!! " i shouted, pulled the pillow out of his head and threw it to the other side

But he did not open his eyes

" yah!!! are you gonna stay on the bed? Just open your eyes, you lazy " I took another pillow, and banged it against him

" Then why? Why do i have to wake up? " he shouted

" I have made breakfast for you, so get up now and eat " i said

" what? Breakfast? For me? " he asked, looking at me, he seemed to not believe, with what I said

" yes, i made it for you " I said confidently

" now just get up and let's.... " before I finish my sentence, suddenly he pulled me into bed, then pushed me, he was moving so fast, I do not know what happened, but obviously, i realized something, he was on top of me while covering my mouth with his hands and then he was talking with someone on the phone

" okay, i'll be there in an hour " he said then ended the call

he lowered his gaze and stopped right in my eyes, our eyes are locked, in such a close distance

My heart was beating like crazy, i could feel his warmth, he took his hand out of my mouth, and now, he was looking at my lips

his lips is so close to me, I could feel his breath that swept around my lips and it just gave me shiver running through my whole body

" i'll take shower first, " he said while got up

I let out a sigh of relief, my heart seemed to explode earlier

I gave him a sharp gaze, I stood up, and stepped on his foot with one hard hit and then walking away

" ouchh my foot!! Yahh why are you stepping on my foot " he shouted

I just smirked to see his reaction

That is his punishment, because he always teases me in the way that.... is able to make me " weak "

I waited for him downstairs, not long after he came, he's wearing a black ripped jeans, black t-shirt and black bomber, i just stunned to see him like that, he was so damn hot with all black, he sat next to me and we just started eating

" i'll going now, maybe i'll be home late at night, but if my work is not done yet, then I'll spend the night at my boss's house, are you okay to be here alone? " he asked when he finish eating, and i just nodded

" so what's your plan for today? " he asked again

" just working as usual " i replied

" here, take this key " he said while gave me the key house

" i gotta go now, take care of your self " he said then walked away

He was about to opened the door, but suddenly he turned back, and walked towards me

" what? Forgot something? " i asked as he stood in front of me

" give me your phone " he said in such a deep tone

" my phone? " i asked in confusion

I took out my phone and give it to him

He was typing a phone number and just dialing it, and then his phone rang, he just ended the call after that

I'm just asking my self, what he was doing to my phone

Then He give my phone's back

" call me if anything happens " he said then just left

I open the call history, and just look at the number on the top list

" so, this is his number? " i mumble

I smiled at once, I'm so happy, it turns out he's worried about me, even though he's cold, but he's so nice to me, and I'm grateful for that

" thank you jungyu, I will treat you better for now on "
