Liam’s words were like a bucket of icy water which was poured down on Lennie’s head. She instantly went sober and sat up.
“What happened?” she asked Liam with her eyes wide open. Dragons were shifters too. They don’t get sick.
Liam’s face was anxiety-ridden. “We don’t know,” he said, “Olivia called me about two hours ago. She told me Alex suddenly went into a coma, and the doctor couldn’t find the reason, so I came back.”
