All those things which had happened to her, including having her parents evicted and losing her wolf, were all because she was so weak and pathetic. She couldn’t find the determination to fight against Cory. And she couldn’t be cold-blooded and careless.
If only she had left the very moment after she saw Cory with Lennie, then none of those things would have happened. If only she had attacked Cory and killed him in the hallway outside the basement, then at least her parents would have been okay.
