Instead, she walked past it without looking back.

After walking past Lola's table, she stopped at another table by the window. She was still on the phone, her eyes looking around in confusion as if searching for someone.
But she didn't seem to find them. When the waiter came over with a menu, she politely waved him away. After looking out at the mall through the window, she walked out the front door.
