The Push

Moonlight, 6 years old, tired of Valerie and Kyle fighting.

She held Valerie by hand and sent her to Kyle is sitting on floor outside her door, blanket small.

Moonlight: "Mommy, don't be angry at Daddy again. Daddy cries at night. You cry at night. I cry too. So don't be angry!"

Valerie looks at Kyle — eyes red, , broken.

Valerie, 6 months pregnant, sighs: "Moonlight, you don't understand you are just a kid"

Moonlight: "Mommy I might not understand but daddy said sorry 100 times! He sleeps on floor for you!Forgive him mommy,I love Daddy.

Valerie stared at Kyle first time in months.

Kyle kneels: "Valerie, I kissed Lisa first. I'm sorry I was jealous, stupid. But I never loved her. I love you and Moonlight and the baby in your belly."

Valerie tears: "You know I raised Moonlight alone before? You left us. I was scared you will leave again. That's why I said I regretted this baby... not because I don't love this baby, because I was scared to do it alone again."

Kyle holds her hands: "You will never do alone again. I promise. Even if you don't forgive me,I won't leave I'll stay."

Valerie cries and hugs him. First hug after betrayal.

Moonlight opens door: "Yay! No more fight?"

Valerie: "No more fight... but mommy still needs time."

Ian and the 6 brothers united. They see Valerie and Kyle talking again.

Ian: "Val, if you forgive him, we forgive him. If you don't, we don't."

Valerie: "I forgive slowly. But we are family again."

Family dinner again — same table. Kyle sits near Valerie now, hand on her 6 months belly under table. Valerie lets him for the first time ,she didn't push him away.

Kyle and his 6 brothers band have biggest interview of year — live TV concert ,interview which had over 10,000 fans.

Valerie decides to go with Moonlight to support, even 7 months pregnant. She wears beautiful dress, belly big,she looked very stunning .

Ian: "Val, you sure? The crowd are too many and it's not good for the baby and you."

Valerie: "Ian I wouldn't miss this for anything,seeing you and the others on stage is all what I want to see. I should be there. And Moonlight wants to see you,Kyle and the others on stage."

Moonlight was very happy: "Daddy Ian on TV!"

At concert venue, Valerie and Moonlight were in the VIP room. Valerie and Moonlight watching Kyle and brothers on stage answering interview.

Valerie in VIP room smiles, touches belly, and whispers to Moonlight: "I need to visit the washroom, baby. Wait here I'll be back ."

Valerie goes to the VIP washroom alone, 7 months belly, holding wall.

Someone follows her — *LISA.* Security didn't stop her, she had fake staff pass.

Lisa, angry, jealous: "So you forgave him? You think you win? You think you are perfect CEO pregnant lady?"

Valerie cold CEO voice even pregnant: "Lisa, leave. You already lost."

Lisa shouts: "I didn't lose! He kissed me FIRST! Remember? He wanted me!"

She pushes Valerie hard with both hands.

Valerie back hits wall, then falls on floor. She tries to catch herself but belly hits sink edge.

She screams: *"AAAH! MY BABY!"*

Blood starts.

Valerie screams louder: *"KYLE! IAN! HELP! MY BABY!"*

Her shouting is so loud it goes to microphone — whole concert hears it. Music stops. Interview stops.

Kyle hears Valerie scream from stage. He drops microphone and runs, 6 brothers run, Ian jumps from stage.

Moonlight screams: "MOMMY!"

They find Valerie on washroom floor, holding belly, crying, bleeding.

Valerie: "Kyle... baby...the baby is hurting..."

Kyle picks her up bridal-style, same way Ian caught her that night she almost fell — but now too late.

Ian punches wall and shouts at security: "CALL AMBULANCE!"

Host on stage: "CONCERT CANCELLED! EMERGENCY!"

Fans confused, 10,000 people silent.

Hospital. Emergency room.

Doctor: "We need to operate now!"

Kyle, Ian, Moonlight, 6 brothers outside praying. Moonlight crying non-stop: "Mommy and baby brother?"

After 2 hours, doctor comes out, head down.

Doctor: "We tried... Valerie is okay... but... we lost the baby boy. 7 months... too much trauma from push and fall... I'm sorry."

Silence.

Kyle falls to floor, screaming: "NOOOO! MY SON! SUNLIGHT! NO!"

Ian holds wall, crying hard — he caught her first time when she almost fell, but couldn't catch her second time.

Moonlight doesn't understand: "Where is baby brother? Where is Sunlight?"

Valerie inside wakes up, touches flat belly, no kick. She knows. She screams cry that whole hospital hears.

Valerie: "My baby... I said I regretted you... but I loved you... I loved you..."

Valerie stays hospital 1 week, no talking, just holding Moonlight.

Kyle doesn't leave hospital door.

Lisa arrested — police came. Attempted murder, assault on pregnant woman causing miscarriage. She will go to jail 10 years.

Valerie, cold, broken, tells Kyle at hospital: "We lost Sunlight... because of your kiss first. If you never kissed Lisa first, she wouldn't be obsessed to push me."

Kyle: "I know... it's my fault..."

Valerie: "I need some time alone.

They go home — mansion silent. No baby crib anymore. Moonlight takes out Sunlight's small shoes and cries.

But Ian and 6 brothers never leave Valerie side. Moonlight every night: "Mommy, don't be angry at Daddy again, but... can we still be family?"

Valerie hugs Moonlight: "Yes baby... we are still family... just... that Sunlight is now a star in the sky."
