Storm, Meghan, and Paige started to head back to Chase’s place. There was a weird wind, and Storm wondered if she was the only one who felt it.
She couldn’t hold it in any longer and turned to her friends.
“Do you guys feel that?”
“I thought I was the only one,” Paige replied.
“I did not want to freak us out, but yes,” Meghan replied, looking around.
“Let’s get to Chase, and we will walk you back.”
“That would be great. Let’s speed up.” Meghan replied.
They began to pick up their pace.
