Storm made her way to his room and wanted to talk it out with Chase. Although her response to him had upset him, he still walked with her.
He did not say anything, and when she talked to him, he would barely reply, and that made her very anxious.
Storm wished she had lied, but he could read her easily, and if she refused to answer, that would have been the same thing. Not answering is an answer in itself.
