I was surprised at Kona's words.
Actually, no, I was dumbstruck! Confused! Shocked!

I didn't know what I was feeling anymore!
I stared at her for a moment, too long, unsure what to say, feel or think!
"Kona to Elizabeth? Halo??? Someone there? Halo?"
"Huh?" I shook my head to try and concentrate and reverted my attention to Kona.
"You zoned out!" Kona's angelic voice rang in my ears. "Are you okay?"
Well, what did she expect I'd do? Jump up and down out of excitement?
I shook my head at her.
"How is this even possible?" I eventually asked.
"Well, it's difficult to explain," there was some amusement in her voice and it was irritating me and now p*ssing me off.
