Alexander's POV I couldn't bear to look at our newborn pup. He was a reminder of the pain and suffering I had endured the last couple of weeks. He was lying peacefully in a crib next to my mate. His small and soft moans were barely hearable. I was sitting next to Lizzy's bed, holding and rubbing her hand. "I think the pup is hungry," I mind-linked Lisa. I refuse to even pick him up.
