CHAPTER TEN Anticipation hung heavy in the air. Palmer, her coven, and their guards had taken up residence in their cabins and had been keeping to themselves in the two hours since they’d arrived. Rowe watched them as closely as he could, but he was only one man. He couldn’t see everything. He wanted to head into the woods and get the lay of the land.
