CHAPTER FIFTEEN
Vi knew she should be arguing for Rowe to leave. They’d been cuddled up on the ledge for nearly half an hour with no sign of anyone coming to find them. Of course, no one would realize they were missing for hours. If they were lucky, they might be found by morning.

Her stupid shifter wasn’t budging, even though he was in the best position to go get help. And she hated that she was a little grateful he refused to leave.
