CHAPTER THREE Rowe hadn't been charged with anything. Yet. But he was sitting in a holding cell and glaring at the bars. He wondered if he could shift and use his strength to break out. Probably not. He was a werewolf, not a superhero. And if he shifted while he was in a cell, he was sure he'd either be killed or transferred to some secret government facility to be studied until he died.
