I was nothing but a huge ball of nerves when I showed up at the large cabin. I tried my best to act normal, to act like what I was wearing was totally every day for me. We all knew it wasn't. Jinx definitely knew it wasn't. The way his eyes kept glancing down at my body told me enough. Yet, he said I looked fine. He made me feel like it was an honor to have me dress up for them.
When I was just trying to make a good impression, Jinx made me feel like I was a damn gift.
