My phone buzzing on my chest startled me awake. For a moment I was disoriented. I didn't remember falling asleep. The sun was beaming through the windows, blinding me.
It's morning already? Sh.it, did I fall asleep texting Deidra? That's never happened to me before.
I swiped across my phone screen to answer the call I was getting without bothering to see who it was. Waylen's not here anymore, and I'm surprised he didn't wake me. Mom must be up too. It's probably still early.
"Hello?" I answered, clearing the sleep from my voice.
"Sorry if I woke you," Feral's deep voice came through the line. "Figured you'd be up this early."
I pulled the phone away from my ear to see it was just after 8 in the morning. How long was I up texting Deidra
