The moment we left the bathroom and my eyes landed on Luke,I knew I had to run away with Regina. Somewhere far from this place. Far from my lies. Far from our past. Far from the secrets yet untold. But what would my family say? I didn't want us to look lovesick and I was possibly worrying for no reason.
Another side of my mind reasoned Luke to be a snitch if he could betray so smoothly and without thought.
The smile from the euphoria Gina and I had basked in fell off as I remembered the last time Luke and I met. He left the office saying my games would catch up soon. And when we got him to sign the document,before leaving,he whispered a threat.
'I'd come for your Ice',he had said.
