The following morning after preparing for the day; Max stood before the mirror, feeling disgusted at himself with black eyes, he opened one of his shelves and brought out a sunglass. “This will do,” he said as he puts it on and headed to his garage. “Dude, you are late,” said Philip on seeing Max. “The exam is about to start,” Philip added. Noticing the sunglass his friend was wearing, Philip asked with curiosity, “What’s up with the sunglass?” “Nothing,” Max replied. “I am just putting up some new styles,” Max added putting up a fake smile. “Alright everyone, settle down,” said Prof Wong as he walks in with the exam papers. “This particular exam will last for an hour. Do your best to answer all the questions. Any questions before we begin?” Prof Wong asked. “No sir,” the students replied. “Good! Let’s begin,” said Prof Wong as he started distributing the exam papers. “Why are you putting on a sunglass?” Prof Wong asked Max as he approaches him for his exam papers. “The lights are disturbing my eyes,” Max replied. “You have to remove that sunglasses if you must partake in this exam,” Prof Wong said. “But sir, the sunglass…” Max was about finishing the sentence when Prof Wong cuts in sharply, “You have to get rid of it now or they won’t be an exam for you.” Seeing that Max was not eager to remove the sunglass, Prof Wong pulled out the sunglass by himself as Max quickly closed his eyes. “Here is your paper,” Prof Wong said as he dropped Max’s paper on his desk. Max however placed his head on his desk trying not to expose his new black eyes when Philip whispers to him, “Dude, are you sure you are okay?” “I am fine,” Max replied as he pulled out his phone and used it as a mirror while his head was still placed on his desk. “It’s gone,” Max said in excitement on realizing the black eyes were gone. “What did you say, dude?” Philip asked. “Nothing dude, I am just talking to myself,” Max replied with a soft smile.   After the exam, Max, and Philip were walking towards the school gate when Jasmine sighted Max from the entrance of the school gate, she patiently waited for Max. “Where to?” Philip asked Max. “I need to head home and take a nap,” Max replied with a glance at Philip. “I am glad today’s exam is gone,” said Max as he pokes Philip’s shoulder. Grabbing Philip towards him, “Best pal forever,” he said as they both laughed. “I can see you are really enjoying yourself all by yourself,” said Jasmine as she approaches Max. “Nice to see you again!” Max said as he quickly puts on the sunglass back on. “Who is she?” Philip asked. “Can you give us a minute buddy, I will catch up with you,” said Max as he moves away from Philip as Jasmine followed him without hesitation. “Don’t you announce your coming when you walk in on people?” Max added. “That’s my kind of thing,” Jasmine said as she glares at Max. “When I woke up, you were gone!” said Max as he frowns his face. “I am not good at saying goodbyes,” Jasmine replied. “Why are you here, to say goodbye or what?” Max asked. “Nah! I must have dropped something and I am here for it,” Jasmine replied. “And what type of man puts on a sunglass without the sun in the sky?” Jasmine asked with curiosity. “The type that wants to be cool,” Max replied putting up a fake smile. “You said you dropped something?” said Max. “Yes,” Jasmine replied. “Perhaps I could help you look for it if you tell me what it is,” said Max. “A black crystal,” she replied. “Whoa!” Max exclaimed. “What’s that for?” Max curiously asked. “That object is of great importance to me,” Jasmine replied. “Then we better start looking around my house,” Max said as Jasmine stared at him with a weird look. “Why staring at me in that manner?” Max asked. “Perhaps we can go back to my house and check for it, that’s where you first walked in, not here,” Max added. “What if it fell inside the mud that trapped you?” Max asked as he glances at Jasmine. “I have been there since today looking for it. It’s not there!” Jasmine replied. “I can perceive the smell of the black crystal from you!” Jasmine said as she started sniffing. “I can’t smell anything neither have I come across any black crystal!” Max said as Jasmine continued to sniff. “You are making a scene here,” Max said as he looks around. “Take off your clothes,” Jasmine demanded with a mean look on her face. “Whoa! Go easy,” said Max as he smiled. “We can’t do this here, people are watching,” Max added. “I am not here for s*x so take off your damn cloths,” Jasmine yelled. On hearing this, Philip glanced at them from where he was standing. The people passing by stopped for a second and stared at both Jasmine and Max. “You are making a scene here,” said Max. “If you are back for more s*x, let’s take it home,” Max added with a low tone as he looks around. “I am not here for s*x, just off your cloths,” Jasmine replied. “If you are not here for s*x, why then should I remove my cloths in public?” Max replied as he glanced at Jasmine in surprise. “I am here for my black crystal,” Jasmine replied as she walks closer to Max. “Whoa, whoa!” Max exclaimed as Jasmine showed seriousness in removing his clothes. “What are you trying to do?” Max asked as he crossed his hands on his chest. “Since you don’t want to remove your clothes by yourself, maybe I should do that for you,” Jasmine replied as she quickly reaches out to Max’s belt. Philip stared in shock as he observes what was happening with other students who were already heading home. Max held Jasmine’s hand tight from opening his belt around his waist, “I feel like you have the black crystal. I can smell it from here,” Jasmine said. “How possible could that be?” Max asked as he pleaded with Jasmine not to create more scene. “This is not cool,” Max added. “You are right,” said Jasmine as she lets go of Max’s belt. Immediately she saw Max was relaxed, she reaches out for Max’s pants with one hand and the other hand on the belt, “What are you doing?” Max asked as he tightly held his pants from being pulled down. “People are watching,” said Max. “Let them watch,” Jasmine replied.  “What is so important about this black crystal that you want to pull my clothes off in public?” Max asked with curiosity glaring at Jasmine. “My life depends on it,” Jasmine replied. “Then you can buy another one if that is so important to you,” Max suggested. “This is not what you just buy,” said Jasmine. “Please people are watching, can we do this elsewhere?” Max replied as he held unto his pants firmly. “Your hand,” said Jasmine as she points at Max’s hand. “What’s wrong with my hand?” Max asked as he stares at his hand. “The black vein is not ordinary,” Jasmine said as she fixes her eyes on Max. Without hesitation, she pulled out the sunglass from Max, “Oh no!” she exclaimed on seeing Max’s black eyes. “Oh no, what?” Max asked sternly.
