The man glared at the screen again, this was the second phone he’d broken in a space of an hour, all because of her.
His little raven was being very naughty.
“I’m going to kill him.” he said for the umpteenth time
“Kill who Sir?” Theodore, his right hand asked from his position at the door.
“None of your business.”
“Well it is, if there’s going to be a dead body soon, I need to know on time in order to already the cleaning agency and clear up the mess, the last time this happened, we almost got caught by the Feds, all because you decided to go on a killing spree.”
“It’s not my fault they decided to go against me, even when I expressly told them not to, even after giving them a second chance, of course they had to die.”
“Not so bloodily like that, there was barely anything left out of their body.”
“Well I had make a statement, others had to learn exactly what happens to them when you think you can mess with me and go scot free.” The man said
“It still doesn’t have to be like that.”
“It’s my little raven birthday today, she’s finally turning eighteen.” he said all of a sudden, out of the blue.
“Is that supposed to be good news.” Theo said quirking his brow.
“Oh yes it is, it means I can finally have her to myself, I’ve been waiting a damn long time for her.”
“I’m even surprised you managed to wait this long knowing you and your obsessive tendency, I thought you would have kidnapped her by now.”
“I did think about it, most especially with her being around small louts at school every day, but I can’t have her thinking I’m a pervert or worse a pedophile…at least not yet”
“I almost pity the poor girl, too bad she has seven useless d***s for brothers, who are neck deep in debts that they won’t be able to pay off even in their next life.”
“I would deal with her useless brothers later, but she comes first, she needs to get out of that bloody house before any of her brothers debtors finally runs out of patience and comes after her, the only reason they haven’t by now, is because I made her untouchable, but I doubt they’ll have that much patience any longer, damn those useless piece of trash she call brothers.”
“What if one of them decides to challenge you for her….”
“Then they would get what’s coming to them, no one takes my little raven away from me absolutely no one.” R.D said with vehemence.
“Then I guess it’s high time you collect your little raven, let me know when you’re ready so I can set things in motion.”
“Oh I’m ready, I’ve been ready since the moment I set my eyes on that little bundle of beauty, I can’t wait any longer.”
“That settles it then, I’ll make the preparations right away.” Theo said and excused himself.
It won’t be long now little raven it won’t be long now till I finally have you to myself.”
He focused his attention back on the screen in his hand, yep there was no way his girl went anywhere without 24hr protection, heck he spent better part of his days stalking and watching her and when he wasn’t, someone else was doing the watching, ready to intervene the moment anything untoward happens to her.
Imagine his surprise when he received a call that his little raven was going to a restaurant instead of going straight home as she normally does, his curiosity was piqued, he demanded full on surveillance on her and every single thing she did. What he didn’t expect what’s to see that little piece of s**t that calls himself Zack with her along side her friend Belinda, her he liked only a little bit, but that frat boy had lovey-dovey eyes for his girl, that he did not like. He suspected that he had a half mind to ask his girl out one of these days, he’ll pull the teeth out of his mouth before he even tries it.
Still yet he couldn’t help but feel uneasy as if something monumental was about to happen z the feeling remained with him even as his girl stood and headed for the restroom and a while later her friend followed soon after, they took their time getting out, time that the frat boy use to recheck himself, apply perfume and more gel on his hair. Typical frat behavior, his girl didn’t need someone like him, who can barely take care of himself, much less his girl, he doubt he’d even knew how to kiss a girl, except maybe the drunken one he had with Belinda, which they both pretended it didn’t happen. He better not be preparing himself for what he thinks he was about to, else all hell would break loose.
Soon after they both came out and her friend made up some flimsy excuse to leaving his girls stuck with the frat boy.
Zackie, who in the hell goes by the name Zackie.
They both sat awkwardly staring at each other, interrupting themselves before eventually the boy asked.
No make that a dead boy.
“So Lily will you be my girlfriend.
Nope not going to happen, time for his girl to get the hell out of there, he placed a call to one of the men watching her.
“Get her the hell away from that boy.” he barked and when the man protested that they were in a public place, he added.
“I don’t know how you do it and frankly speaking I don’t care, if you value your job and your life you’ll do as I say GET HER THE HELL AWAY FROM THAT BOY!” he ordered and promptly ended the call, glaring at the screen in front of him willing himself not to break another phone.
It’s time his little raven had a reminder of who exactly she belonged to.
