The two women who walked by as we stopped for lunch were witches. Wolves and witches didn’t really get along. We didn’t trust each other, so you never knew what the outcome would be when the two species met. Witches were deceiving and would use their powers much more than allowed by the high courts that ruled over all the supernatural realms. Witches didn’t even trust each other.
