CHAPTER FOUR
So Alex slept over at Mira's place in one of the rooms. She
doesn't want him to feel uncomfortable with her on the same bed
so she gave him another room. As she was about to leave, “Don't
you want us to sleep together on the same bed,” he asked her.
Mira was happy with the question, “I want to” she answered
smiling. They both got on the bed, cuddling each other. One thing
led to the other,and they made the night memorable.
The next day, when Mira woke up and Alex was nowhere to be
found again. She remembered what happened the last time too.
She stood up and checked everywhere in the room but she
couldn't find him. She thought he left again without saying
goodbye.
When she got back to the bed stand,she saw a white envelope.
She already knew Alex dropped it,she smiled as she picked it up.
“Hey darling, hope you slept well? Didn't want to wake you up so I
wrote this letter. I won't disappear this time. I will be back in the
evening to take our son to the house I mentioned. Take care of
yourself. I love you,” that was the content of the letter.
Mira was smiling from her heart after reading the letter. “At least
he said goodbye this time,” she said.
She went to her son's room to get him prepared for the evening.
They freshen up,had breakfast and were waiting.
The son was playing video games while Mira was checking the
CCTV footage to see if anything suspicious is happening.
After some minutes,she noticed a black van stopped at the front
of the house,she became alert. She took her son to the room and
waited for them to knock.
They knocked and she went to open the door, “Good afternoon
ma, Mr Alex said we should bring the young master.”
When Mira heard Alex's name,she was calm. She told them to
come inside,she went to bring her son and his luggages,gave him
to them and wished her son goodbye.
She saw them off to the car,a few minutes after they left Alex
arrived. Mira went to hug him smiling.
“I'm here to pick up my son,” he said. Mira looked at him
confused. “Didn't you send your men to come and pick him up a
few minutes ago?” She asked him.
“No,I never sent anyone, what happened?” He asked.
Mira explained to him what those people said and that she has
given them her son.
Alex was so angry, “I clearly told you in the letter that I will come
and pick him up,” he said.
“I'm sure it is the people from your organization,” Mira said. “Don't
worry,I know what to do,” she said looking at him.
“What do you want to do, it's dangerous out there,” before he
finished what he was saying,Mira was out of his sight.
He heard one of the windows crash, “Did she just jump out of the
window?” He asked himself.
When he looked out of the window, she's no longer there.
He went out of the house and got inside his car. Mira was using
her werewolf ability to look for her son. She knows his scent,she
used it to trace them.
Alex was following from the back,he couldn't recognize Mira again
because she had transformed.
“Is she a werewolf?” He asked himself. “Don't let me conclude
yet, let's just find my son for now,” he said.
They traced them to an uncompleted building. Mira transformed
back to human and was about to enter when Alex too arrived.
They entered together and what they saw shocked them.
