I knocked on the door. A voice inside the room said, “Come on in.”
I held the knob and gently opened it. I peeked my head inside the room and saw her sitting on her chair whilst holding a paper in her hands.
“Good afternoon, lady Karheel. I brought a tea for you,” I said sweetly as walked over her desk slowly, careful that the tea wouldn't get spilled.
She raised her gaze at me and smiled. “Hello, baby girl. Thank you for this,” she said as she accepted the tea before taking a sip. She motioned the visitor's seat across her table. “Take a seat, sweetheart.”
I nodded my head before I gracefully sat down.
“Do like the tea, lady Karheel?”
“Hmm. I love it. Did you make it by yourself?”
