Lucy's POV
I watched Alpha Eric smile. “The only marriage I ever know and will forever know is the one I'll have with Lucy, my mate here.” He pulled me into his chest, his lips landed on mine and I parted slowly to let him in. Alpha Eric moaned, making his mom annoyed.
I heard three hard hits on his back. “I'm talking to you and you're kissing this b***h before my eyes?” She raised her hands to hit him again but I grabbed them, holding them tight.
“Enough!” I growled with my loudest and deepest voice causing her to shriek in terror. She has never heard this voice from me before, my bloodshot eyes steadied at her without motion. My hands were still clutched with hers and Eric stood between us preventing any incidence of fight but I wouldn't be so loose to fighting with my mother-in-law
