Lucy's POV
The table was adorned with a combination of pink, blue and white roses. The verses were stationed at strategic points on the large table. The chairs were made of gold and royal red curtains. The garden itself was illuminated with golden lights which turned the entire scene into a royal gala.
Before Eric and I were about to go get seated, we gave Caroline a bow for the hospitality, then we remembered we haven't greeted her parents, the main hosts. I grabbed Eric's arm.
“Let's go greet her parents with our kids.” I said quietly to him. He followed right behind me.
