I furrowed my brows. “Are you already giving a negative view about my visiting them?” I disliked that he made his mind think such a thing, I wanted him to be more optimistic.
“But I know my parents way better than you. They are perfectionists. You can't please them in a day of knowing yourselves.”
I was going to retort, defending myself when he pulled me by my wrist, making me follow him.
