My eyes turned yellow, I balled my fist about to launch on him but Lucy grabbed me tight, holding me back. “Let's not fight them!” She whispered to me with a broken voice. I got emotional realizing that she was trying hard to fight her tears here. My heart ripped to pieces and I was swept between anger and confusion.
“I didn't ask any woman to come there to sit and wait for me, what selfish needs are you talking about?” I lashed back on the man who said this. Though his eyes went dull and he was afraid he didn't show it.
