A distracting sound goes off and I stand up to grab my phone. I leave the living room and end up in the bedroom. It's still by the bedside table and the flash of the screen goes on.
I read the ID and it's my girl Jade.
“ Jade Parker !” I yell.
“ b***h!!” She yells back, “ I have missed you so much.”
“ I have missed you more.” I practically want to cry. I really wish she could be here with me.
“ When am I seeing you girl?” She asks me.
Her voice sounds a little sad and I can't help but feel a little sad myself despite having the time of my life.
“ Hopefully soon, I can ask the Alp…” Almost messing up, I correct myself. “The Boss of this community I am at to let you stay with me for a while.”
