We are in my father's office and I can't lie. I inspect every inch of his body. He is way more than I expected.
He has surely aged well. The most common feature we share is the same eyes and same heart-shaped lips.
He has spotting gray hair and wrinkles around his eyes and forehead. Other than that he still looks like a very strong man.
“ You have really grown into a fine woman. I am happy you have made a way for yourself in this world.” He smiles and it reaches his eyes, in return I give him a tight lipped one.
You know that feeling of wanting to meet someone so much and when you finally do, you have this love hate resurface. Don't get me wrong I am happy to meet this man but also angry I wanna wring his neck for leaving me nothing like was protecting me, bullcrap.
