CHAPTER FORTY 8:05 a.m. Tehran Time (12:05 a.m. Eastern Standard Time) Precinct House 13 Tehran, Iran “I’ll ask you this again. What is your name?” Mohammed Younessi stood over the young man chained to the metal chair. The chair had narrow arms, which the young man’s arms rested upon. His wrists were manacled to the ends of the chair arms. The young man was stripped to a white T-shirt and shorts. His T-shirt was stained with dark blood.
