Although annoyed, Desmond still had to maintain his dignity. He couldn't show his emotions in this office. After all, the Huxley family needed help from Young Master Lancaster.
Desmond then tried to smile warmly and asked about the schedule for the next meeting. "So, when will Young Master Lancester be available? Could I come back this afternoon to see him?"
Jennifer smiled again and said, "At the moment, I don't have any information about that."
"Hmm, all right," Desmond said, then handed his business card to Jennifer. "Miss, if the Young Master comes later, could you please contact me?"
Jennifer nodded politely, and then Desmond and Susan left the meeting room with heavy steps. They were disappointed that they couldn't meet with the Young Master to discuss the Smart City project.
