Entering Grandma's Villa was not a new experience for Danny, even though he had previously lived in Laura's parents' house. However, Danny often visited Grandma's house to care for Choco and clean his cage, so he was familiar with the building.
Upon entering the living room, Danny saw the Huxley family gathered there. On one side of the living room were five muscular men with tattoos and menacing expressions, staring at him as if they wanted to kill him.
Danny knew they were all thugs or hired thugs, possibly hired by one of the Huxley family members to force him to confess that he was the thief of the calligraphy painting.
As Danny watched them quietly, one of them stood up. He was the oldest and had the sternest face; Danny guessed he was their leader.
