Danny turned to Laura and waited for her reaction. Would Laura regret it after finding out? But a few seconds later, the tense atmosphere melted away with laughter.
Everyone laughed heartily after hearing Danny's statement; even the thugs who had been looking fierce laughed the hardest.
"Ha ha ha, Danny, you really love to joke around. If you say you're the President of Phoenix Crest Group, I'm your grandfather!" Matthew exclaimed, patting his chest and looking up proudly.
"Ha ha ha. That's so funny. Danny Raphael, are you too depressed because you divorced Laura?" Michelle asked.
"Danny, if you have no shame. If you are indeed the heir to Phoenix Crest, then Laura and I will compete to win you over, and we'll both strive to provide the best service for you!" Susan declared confidently
