DAMIEN “Would it have made any difference?” I ask her, my voice calm even though my mind isn’t. “Probably not,” Sky says softly. “I like your wolf; it’s kind of cute. But if your pack comes back here with your crew, they’ll die, you know that, right? They’re a bunch of wimps. Why is Lamen after you anyway?
