Sophia's POV
I shifted my weight to Brandon's side. The echo of the voice we had just heard ran through the garden we were in. The birds that had perched on the nearby trees all flew to find protection. We were left all alone.
Brandon jumped on his feet and looked back at me, "Don't be scared, sit there and wait".
His level of confidence could have kept me going, except that I felt the sudden urge to release my bladder from its pressure. I gripped his feet and pressed my eyes shut.
"Brandon!! How dare you touch her stomach and sit so comfortably with her? Do you not know she belongs to another?". The voice rang again. It was getting closer and closer.
"As expected. I can see you do not know your place. Why are you here?". Brandon shot.
