Derrick’s POV.
I felt something crawl down my nose from my forehead. The sensation awoke me, making me realize I had been tied up and on a cold wet floor. I turned my necks to the sides as I tried to make out where I was but it was too dark to see.
I must have been drained. I was too tired to see anything and my head was hurting.
“Where am I?”.
My voice echoed. The closeness of the echo made me feel I was in a tight closing, making some sort of a well.
“Hello”, my deep voice went again. “Anyone here?”.
This time, my voice made something crawl up the enclosement I was in. I felt its movement. I turned around to follow its vibration as I watched it climb up. I was indeed inside a well.
“How did I get here?”. I asked myself. I remembered laying Sophia down on my bed and a maid came to
