Haru’s Point of View
After they were done, Haru took the plate and then put other plates into the dishwasher. When he came back into the living room, he saw Rin and his mother talking to each other. He could not help but smile at the scene.
He joined them and found out that they were talking about things like college and the course Rin was studying. Most importantly, Rin was smiling and had a glow on her face that he had not seen before. He was glad that he invited her here. He felt like he had made the right choice.
After about half an hour, they heard a car getting parked outside. He knew it was his father. He looked at his mother. His mother smiled and he understood that meant not to worry. She stood up and walked towards the kitchen. It was probably to make some tea for his father
