Aki’s Point of View
Aki reached the location of his office at 8:55 am. The note was right, he had never driven a vehicle before but as soon as he got inside the car, he knew what he had to do.
After he parked his car, he reached out for the paper from his pocket and flipped it open. He read the paper and found out that the name of the office is “Daily News and Publishing House”.
He is supposed to be an editor. Aki had no idea what he had to do but he figured that just like driving, he would know what to do when time comes. He opened the door and got out of the car. He took out his laptop bag and then locked the door.
He walked to the building and then walked inside it as a guard opened the door for him. He then walked towards the lift and then pressed the button to open it. After a short while, the lift opened and he got inside. He pressed the number 4 as his office was in the fourth floor and then waited as the lift started going up.
When he reached the fourth floor, he got out and walked towards the office. He was greeted by the receptionist.
“Good morning sir. You are here early as always.” Then she smiled at him.
Aki smiled back at her and greeted her, “Good morning.”
Aki thought, “As always? I guess I am a very punctual human?” and then walked to his desk. He had never been here before but he knew where he had to go, what he had to do and what he had to say.
His day went by pretty fast. He did a lot of proof reading and edited contents that was sent to him.
*Seven Hours Later*
It was finally time to go home. He packed up and then walked out of the office.

Everything felt a little weird to Aki. Everything was going fast. He started feeling a little hazy.

Aki did not know it but this was the moment when his memory was starting to be erased.
