Haru’s Point of View
He walked into the living room and there was no one there. He heard voices from the kitchen, so he headed towards the kitchen. He saw his mother and Rin talking to each other as they made breakfast. He smiled and walked in towards them.
He spoke, “Good morning Rin.”
Rin turned her head and smiled. Then she replied, “Good morning.”
He continued, “How are you feeling?”
Rin replied, “I am fine. I feel better actually.”
Haru smiled and responded, “Glad to hear that.”
She smiled and went back to doing what she was doing earlier. She was whisking eggs while his mother was frying some bacon strips.
He also wanted to join them and help them. So he asked, “Mom, anything I can help with?”
